For me, it’s all about self-compassion.

Any lasting progress I’ve made in life, any time I’ve been able to finally leave behind patterns or relationships that weren’t serving me, it’s come as a result of choosing to be loving and compassionate towards myself (rather than continuing to shame or judge myself).

My coaching containers are tailored to whatever is currently going on in your life, what you're desiring to transform, and what you feel is currently hindering your progress.

Most of my clients are highly sensitive people with a history of being very hard on themselves and experiencing quite a bit of shame. Because that’s been my journey as well. I center my coaching around self-compassion, inner child healing, and Internal Family Systems theory. Prioritizing nervous system regulation and just generally being very kind and loving towards ourselves.

I am NOT about “positivity only”, spiritually bypassing our “negative” feelings or denying the existence of very real and damaging capitalistic/oppressive/racist/classist/violent systems. I believe in honoring what is true for us, even if it feels dark and scary, and actively loving our WHOLE selves (not just the more palatable and cool, fun, happy parts).
